Reporting to the Director of Operations, British Columbia, the Site Manager will provide clinical leadership and operational oversight for the care home in Kelowna, BC, which includes Assisted Living, Complex Care, Dementia Care, and Independent Living, in accordance with the Good Samaritan Society Mission, Vision and Values. The Site Manager will empower the team to pursue clinical best practices, build a quality focused culture, be a visible and positive representative for the business, and manage in a fiscally responsible manner.
As the ideal candidate, you bring experience in healthcare leadership roles, ideally gained in a seniors care/residential care environment, with a strong understanding of clinical best practices and licensing. Armed with an RN/RPN/LPN, you are an energetic and proactive leader dedicated to quality of care who brings sound knowledge of licensing standards.
The Site Manager role is located in Kelowna, BC, near the shores of the beautiful Okanagan Lake, in the heart of BC’s wine country.
