The Canadian College of Health Leaders (CCHL) has a long and proud history of engaging Health Leaders. Now, we are looking for one to lead our organization.
With the departure of the College’s CEO the time is right to set in place a transformational leader – one that will lead the College into a new era.
This role is right for a seasoned leader well networked across Canada. The role encompasses the supervision of staff who provide services to our nearly 3300 members and 21 Chapters coast to coast. Reporting into a 15 Member National Board of Directors, the incumbent will possess superior communication and marketing skills, deep knowledge of organizational development and the strong business acumen required to take the College’s leadership development tool – LEADS – to a new level as Canada’s leadership language. The new CEO must be savvy in social media and management of virtual relationships.
As CCHL evolves to meet the future needs of its members and the system, it seeks a Chief Executive Officer who is at once forward-thinking and able to adroitly monitor and manage performance. The new CEO will inspire staff to define their own roles in the vision of the organization, and to ensure that they provide the highest quality of service to the members in a fiscally responsible way.
