Employer Partners are organizations that collaborate with the Canadian College of Health Leaders (CCHL) to support leadership development and professional excellence across their workforce. While Employer Partner programs do not provide advanced standing toward the Canadian Health Executive (CHE) designation, employees benefit from preferred pricing on CHE program fees and selected College offerings, access to leadership resources and educational opportunities, exclusive webinars, and connections to a national network of certified health leaders. These partnerships help organizations foster a culture of leadership, support employee development, and strengthen health system leadership capacity.
