Health Care Trends 2019 vs LEADS Framework

February 11, 2019
  12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time

Today’s leaders are hard pressed to find solutions to multiple complex issues which impacts the ability to successfully implement cost-effective programs, maintain efficient operations and services, staff and train employees, and support other health care initiatives.

How can a health care leader utilize the LEADS framework to provide direction and guidance to organizations in achieving results, developing coalitions and system transformations in response to trends in 2019? How does a health care leader leverage opportunities to network and diversify to devise and revise strategies everyone can understand and follow?
