Join us in this interactive hands-on workshop to reenergize yourself and discover tools on how to navigate and lead your teams through these difficult times.

In this workshop you will learn:

  • How to navigate difficult conversations to create opportunities and change
  • A practical way to address and solve team issues
  • Practical tools that you can start using in your practice

Lead AHS Design Lab

With over 30 years of experience in the health sector, Marlies Van Dljk is a design mentor, a coveted speaker and the leader and founder of the AHS Design Lab at Alberta Health Services. The Design Lab team is using design thinking to solve complex problems in healthcare. This lab is the first lab that is embedded inside a health organization in Western Canada. Marlies is a non-conformist and calls herself a positive rebel. She is a huge proponent of using social movement theory, crowdsourcing and liberating structures to guide her work.
