Focusing on the people side of change, this interactive session brings together experts in change management, team building and LEADS to give you new tools and perspectives to support your teams through times of change.

Kathleen Paterson, Certified Executive Coach, Organizational Development Leader

Kathleen Paterson is a passionate leader with a talent for coaching and mentoring individuals and teams. Kathleen brings to her leadership and coaching practice a broad experience in developing leaders and supporting change and transformation within organizations. She is an outstanding facilitator with the ability to build consensus with stakeholders at all levels and is comfortable and effective in ambiguous and complex environments. She has held numerous senior Organizational Development positions and her experience includes: Leadership Development; Coaching; Strategic Planning; Communication and Change & Transformation. She has extensive experience in healthcare, manufacturing and food service sectors.

Nicole Bendaly, President, K&Co.

Nicole Bendaly is an author, Forbes contributor, and the President of K&Co, a firm that has been helping healthcare teams and leaders to improve performance for over 35 years. Nicole’s research in organizational behaviour began over 20 years ago and she now focuses her research on understanding the factors most critical to high performance healthcare teams. She applies her research and experience to the development of learning solutions, leadership and team development tools and assessments, a number of which are used in over 200 healthcare organizations across North America to successfully change how people work together for the better.

Nicole is a dynamic speaker and facilitator on various topics impacting organizational performance, all of which help people tap into the best of themselves and those they work with. Nicole is the co-author of two books: Winner Instinct, and Improving Healthcare Team Performance: The 7 Requirements for Excellence in Patient Care.

Maintenance of Certification

Attendance at this program entitles certified Canadian College of Health Leaders members (CHE / Fellow) to 2.0 Category I credits toward their maintenance of certification requirement.
