Leadership rarely follows a straight path. Some of the most important lessons are learned through experience, difficult decisions, and moments that are never covered in leadership textbooks.

Join the CCHL BC Lower Mainland Chapter for an engaging Fireside Chat with senior health system leaders as they share candid reflections on their leadership journeys—what shaped them, what challenged them, and the lessons they wish they had known earlier in their careers.

This conversation will offer valuable insights for emerging and experienced leaders alike, followed by an opportunity to connect with peers and colleagues across the health system.

Agenda:
5:00pm – 6:00pm: Guest arrival and networking (sandwiches and will be served)
6:00pm – 7:30pm: Fireside Chat
7:30pm – 8:30pm: Networking
