Advancing Supply Chain Resilience to Drive Health System Performance

Supply chain is no longer a back-office function, it is a strategic asset critical to health system performance and sustainability. Facilitated by John King, Executive Advisor, join Altaf Stationwala, President and CEO of Unity Health Toronto, and Dr. Anne Snowdon, CEO and Scientific Director of SCAN Health, as they explore how a resilient, data-driven supply chain enables health systems to achieve stronger financial performance, improve quality and patient safety, and support workforce sustainability.

Drawing on real-world experiences and system-level insights, this session will highlight how integrated supply chain strategies unlock better clinical and operational decision-making, strengthen preparedness for supply disruptions, and create enterprise-wide value. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how positioning supply chain as a core strategic capability can drive system resilience, enable innovation, and ultimately improve outcomes for patients, providers, and organizations.
