Data from Team Coaching International shows that fewer than 10% of teams consider themselves high performing before investing in the process of team coaching, highlighting a widespread need for development. Even in high-functioning health leadership and clinical teams, evolving challenges—such as rapid change, complexity, and uncertainty—can hinder effectiveness and strain relationships. These issues, while common, are not inevitable. With a strategic and intentional investment in team development, health leadership and clinical teams can significantly enhance performance, reduce stress and burnout, and retain talent.

Team coaching empowers teams to foster stronger relationships, create a more positive work environment, and unlock their collective potential for sustained high performance.  Join us for this interactive and engaging session on April 13, from 12:00 PM - 1:15 PM, that will focus on:

  • the need for intentional team development in complex environments
  • understanding teams as dynamic systems
  • group discussions to help participants identify and address their own team dynamics and what they would choose to improve enhanced team performance.
