Health systems are undergoing ambitious transformation everywhere. With rising demand, workforce shortages, perceived and real burn out, and persistent access challenges, healthcare leaders have recognized that incremental fixes are no longer enough. Instead, we must pursue a coordinated, multi-sector approach that aligns care across the continuum, human resources, infrastructure and digital health under a unified vision.

The goal is clear: to deliver timely, high-quality care while ensuring sustainability and resilience for future generations.

This presentation will present key actions needed to reach true system integration, what it means for leaders, clinicians and clients and provide examples of what is working well and what needs refocus.  Stacy will provide real examples of learnings she has acquired in her various leadership roles and how experiences she has been privileged to receive help her drive forward in the work of true system integration.
