Royal Victoria RHC – Organizational LLF Program Registration

Welcome to the LEADS Leadership Foundations Program

This online LEADS Leadership Foundations (LLF) program is a series of 7 interactive, professional development sessions, focusing on building the capacity of all health leaders at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre.  

The LLF program aligns the core concepts of each of the five domains in the LEADS in a Caring Environment capabilities framework with the leadership capabilities viewed through the lens of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI). This program is designed to support your organization’s efforts in developing the leadership capacity necessary to create an environment of belonging, to achieve your organizational goals, and meet future challenges effectively.

Once you have logged in to your CCHL account, you will need to return to this page in order to complete your registration.

Once you are successfully signed in to your CCHL profile, follow the instructions below:

  1. Select + 1 (one) ticket and click on ‘Get Tickets‘,
  2. Click on “Proceed to checkout‘, where you will be asked for additional information regarding your LEADS learning history, then click on ‘Save & checkout‘,
  3. Review your personal information and make sure to CLICK on ‘Place order‘, to submit your registration.

Tuesday, February 25, 2025 - Session 1: Orientation to LLF (1 hour)
Tuesday, March 4, 2025 - Session 2: Lead Self (2 hours)
Tuesday, March 25, 2025 - Session 3: Engage Others (2 hours)
Tuesday, April 15, 2025 - Session 4: Achieve Results (2 hours)
Tuesday, May 6, 2025 - Session 5: Develop Coalitions (2 hours)
Tuesday,  May 20, 2025 - Session 5: Systems Transformation (2 hours
Tuesday, June 3, 2025 - Session 7: Program Reflections (1 hour)

 

By registering for this program, it will enable CCHL to track your participation and completion of any of our LEADS Learning programming.

Completion of the full online LEADS Leadership Foundations program fulfills the LEADS Learning component of the  CHE Select Program and prepares CHE Candidates to complete their LEADS in Action project. It also satisfies the LEADS Learning requirement (LEADS Learning Series) for eligibility to apply to the Certified LEADS Specialist (CLS) certification and the Organizational LEADS Debrief Coach (OLDC) certification programs.
