Regitha Rajesh is an executive leader in continuing care with more than two decades of experience across Alberta and Manitoba. She currently serves as the Executive Director of a 107 bed long term care home in Edmonton, where she has led a multi year culture transformation, strengthened regulatory compliance, and delivered significant improvements in resident experience, workforce engagement, and financial performance.
Her career includes leading large, high complexity organizations through crisis stabilization, regulatory turnaround, and system level change. She has served as CEO of a First Nation run personal care home, successfully achieving full Accreditation Canada status and has held senior leadership roles in long term care operations, clinical governance, and quality improvement. Regitha is a Certified Health Executive, an Accreditation Canada Surveyor, and a current FCCHL Fellow candidate. Her leadership is defined by calm, structured decision making, disciplined execution, and a deep commitment to resident-centred, culturally safe, and accountable care.
