Campfire Chat Webinar with Tammy Quigley, CHE

A Leadership Organization Coming to Fruition

(Cette événement se déroulera en anglais seulement.)

NEW DATE!

Imagine an organizational situation where leadership is so deeply embedded in the organizational culture that every role, from the greeter and receptionist to the CEO, were considered a leadership position. Think of the potential benefits of unleashing all people’s passion, energy, and creativity and creating the conditions for them to flourish.

This is a snapshot of our newest thought leadership concept: that of a Leadership Organization (ALO). First presented at the ACHE Congress in Chicago in February (2023) and more recently, at the exclusive webinar for CCHL Strategic Alliance partners, we are continuing to develop the model and its implications for leaders, staff, and organizations.

31 mai 2023 @ 12:00 PM - 01:00 PM EDT / HAE
