Following the success of our first virtual group speed mentoring event, the Canadian College of Health Leaders (CCHL) is proud to be hosting its second aspiring health leaders event on Thursday, October 19th. Join us for an evening of speed mentoring sessions among peers, mentors, and other aspiring health leaders across the country. This event will allow you to get insight from self-identified mid-careerists who have recently made the jump into leadership positions such as directors, managers, clinical chiefs, leads and supervisors.
Starting at 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time, you will have the chance to participate in four 20-minute rounds of small group speed-mentoring.
About the aspiring health leaders community
The Canadian College of Health Leaders (CCHL) knows that one of the ways to address the health human resource crisis facing Canadians is to build up the leadership skills of those moving into leadership positions. We are committed to supporting the up-and-coming Canadian health leaders by developing programming, tools and resources focusing on the concerns of this community. To build up this community we created a committee of aspiring health leaders to act as advisors to CCHL staff as we create community-specific programming.
Stemming from this committee, an aspiring health leaders community was created on the Circle. Join the community here!
