Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director of Finance leads and works side-by-side with a team of professionals, who provide a full scope of corporate, financial and operations to support services. These include Financial Accounting, Planning, Internal and External Reporting for CapitalCare and CapitalCare Foundation, Financial Audit, Cash Management, Payroll and Benefits, and Risk Management. Qualifications: A Master of Business Administration Degree or a professional accounting designation is required. A Health Service Executive Certificate or equivalent would be beneficial. A current membership in good standing with a professional accounting association is required. At least five years of recent Financial Management experience supported by a strong knowledge of financial practice in all facets of the profession. Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
