Engage to Earn: Your Road to #CCHLCourage2026 Starts Here!

February 20, 2026

The Canadian College of Health Leaders is launching a new initiative in the lead-up to the 2026 National Conference. From March 2 to April 10, 2026, participants are invited to take part in the “Engage to Earn” challenge: a six-week social media campaign designed for the conference while celebrating the voices and insights of the health leadership community.

Each week, CCHL will post a new prompt on its official LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook channels. Participants can respond to the prompt in a variety of ways, earning entries toward a draw for the grand prize of free registration to the 2026 CCHL National Conference, which takes place June 14-16 in Montréal, Québec.

Participants will have the opportunity to earn up to three entries per week:

  • One entry for commenting on CCHL’s weekly challenge post with a response to the prompt.
  • One entry for tagging a colleague in the comment.
  • One entry for creating a post or story on their own platform that responds to the prompt. Participants must tag the CCHL account and use the hashtags #CCHLCourage2026 and #CCHLEngageToEarn

Only comments on CCHL’s official challenge posts will be counted, and participants must ensure that their accounts are public and that CCHL is tagged appropriately in any independent posts, using both #CCHLCourage2026 and #CCHLEngageToEarn, in order to be eligible. Each week’s prompt will be released on Monday, and participants are encouraged to complete that week’s challenge by Friday at 4:00 p.m. ET to earn entries. Weekly themes will cover a range of topics aligned with the conference experience.

All entries will be manually tracked by CCHL staff. The grand prize draw will take place on Friday, April 10, 2026. In addition to the main prize of free conference registration, CCHL may offer small weekly spotlights, featuring standout participants in its communication channels.

Participation is open to all members and non-members of the College, including health professionals, students, and sector leaders from across Canada. Participation is open to Canadian residents only, and entrants must be at least 16 years of age at the time of entry. No purchase or registration is necessary to enter, and the contest is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn, Instagram, or Facebook. The prize is non-transferable and does not include travel or accommodation costs.

By participating in the challenge, individuals agree that their posts or stories may be shared or reshared by CCHL for the purposes of promotion and community recognition. In the event of a tie or technical issue, CCHL reserves the right to make a final determination regarding contest eligibility and prize distribution.
