Exciting improvements are coming to the CCHL Circle member engagement platform

February 1, 2026

Over the next few weeks, you’ll begin to see meaningful updates to your CCHL Circle member engagement platform experience. These improvements are shaped directly by member feedback and designed to make your professional development journey even more intuitive, connected, and impactful.

We’re preparing to introduce a refreshed digital environment that will bring your leadership development tools, community spaces, and member resources together in one streamlined location within your Member’s Account Centre. These enhancements are part of our ongoing commitment to support your growth as a health leader and strengthen the connections that drive our community forward.

The CCHL Circle, currently hosted on the separate Hivebrite platform, will now be incorporated into your CCHL website Account Centre. It will provide easier access, exclusively to CCHL members, for:

  • Professional growth, with easier access to evidence‑based leadership resources
  • Peer connection, through improved tools that help you find and engage with colleagues across the country
  • Community learning, with new spaces designed to spark dialogue, collaboration, and shared insight
  • Accessing our new National Mentorship Program portal.

What’s Changing

  • Access to the member directory, resources, discussion groups and the mentorship program will all be available within your Account Centre, in the new ‘Circle’ section.
  • The National Mentorship Program will be re-launching with increased functionality, matching capabilities and tools.
  • The member directory will be launched under a new format. Initially, the ‘world map’ feature will no longer be available.
  • Members who have opted out of member directories will not be listed in the member directory.
  • A new discussion board/forums tool will be launched. Previous discussions from the current Circle platform will no longer be available.
  • The ‘Weekend Reads’ posts will continue on social media and in the new discussion forums.
  • The Circle platform will no longer be sending out weekly digest emails.
  • The CCHL Circle mobile apps (from the Apple and Google stores) will no longer be supported.

What You Can Expect Next

In the coming weeks, we’ll share more details about the new features and how to make the most of them. There is nothing you need to do right now. Your access to the current Circle will remain until the new Circle is launched.
