Update: New Association Membership Platform

Further to our previous announcement of CCHL launching a new association membership platform, we wanted to provide an update on our timeline.

After a review and evaluation of the features and modules we wanted to be live and available at the time of launch, CCHL has decided to update the launch date of our new membership management system. This will ensure that we provide the best member experience while also finding a time where the systems migration window would be the least disruptive. We are now targeting a mid-February launch date.

Therefore, 2023 CCHL membership renewals will be launched on October 26 with our current Olatech in1touch system.The renewal process will be the same as it was in previous years. If you are enrolled in autorenewals, your credit card will be charged on December 1. Please log in to your member account to update your card number or expiry date if these have changed.

We will continue be in touch with members over the next weeks and months to provide project updates.

CCHL is implementing the new association management platform to improve our members’ experience. This new system and digital transformation will require some changes and adjustments to our usual processes. We would like to thank all members in advance for their cooperation. Ultimately, this modernization was required for the College to update to a membership platform that integrates with best-in-class systems and tools, and connects with external systems used by the College, our Professional and Leadership Development (PLD) team, and our members.
