Prior to expiry of the three-year certification term, a Certified Leads Coach is expected to renew their certification in order to remain certified and to continue their work providing LEADS 360 assessment debriefings and coaching to CCHL clients and partners.
The Canadian College of Health Leaders (CCHL) is pleased to offer certification renewal for LEADS Coaches.
To renew your current certification and license, you are required to have:
- A current and active CCHL membership
- Provided payment of the certification/licensing fee ($900) for an additional 3 year term (See below payment link)
Completing these steps will allow you to continue to be LEADS licensed in order to support your important LEADS-based work to valued LEADS clients.
Check back for updates on a new certification program, to be developed and launched upon completion of the LEADS Refresh project currently underway and due to be completed by the end of 2026. The new renewal plan is being designed to provide LEADS Coaches with meaningful opportunities to stay connected, deepen your practice, and meet certification renewal requirements. Through mentorship, peer engagement, access to practical resources, and participation in professional development activities, the plan is intended to support continuous growth and the advancement of leadership excellence.
Access to the LEADS Coach Resource Hub will continue with your renewed certification and will be updated with any new resources upon completion of the LEADS Refresh, likely in 2027
