Pathways is a trusted online directory of healthcare providers, services, and clinical resources that supports clinicians. Pathways supports delivery of timely, high quality patient care, and helps reduce clinicians' administrative burden contributing to a stronger health system. This presentation will explore the origin of PathwaysBC's organizational growth, the inception of partnership between the two provinces and a brief platform demonstration of the platform, followed by a Q&A session.
