Strategic Plan 2015-2020

Our 2015-2020 strategic plan is a signal to our membership that the College is making a deliberate investment in not only being the ‘go to’ member association, but that we will be re-imagining our service offerings and building upon the critical role that we all play in growing and improving leadership capacity across the health system.

Our goal is to build on this momentum and implement improvements that challenge traditional notions of our organization and health leadership, deepening the breadth and reach of the College across Canada through unique offerings such as LEADS.

Our Strategic Directions

  • Revolutionize the Canadian College of Health Leaders Experience

We will create an unparalleled experience with members and be seen as critical to the enablement of exciting and fulfilling career trajectories in health.

  • Stimulate Transformative Thought

We will challenge and disrupt traditional notions of leadership through ground-breaking research, passionate debate and innovative, tailored programs for members. Our thought leadership will contribute to advancing meaningful system reform.

  • Networks of Influence

We will connect local and global leaders by creating access to provocative, inspired and collaborative environments.
