Our 2015-2020 strategic plan is a signal to our membership that the College is making a deliberate investment in not only being the ‘go to’ member association, but that we will be re-imagining our service offerings and building upon the critical role that we all play in growing and improving leadership capacity across the health system.
Our goal is to build on this momentum and implement improvements that challenge traditional notions of our organization and health leadership, deepening the breadth and reach of the College across Canada through unique offerings such as LEADS.
