Virtualization of Healthcare 

The emerging virtual healthcare system promises to improve access. Will it also improve quality? At what cost?   Telemedicine has provided care to thousands of Canadians in rural and remote locations. The emergence of new mobile health technology will bring these services to all Canadians in the next decade. Will Falk will discuss these trends and present some ideas on how to organize this next generation of health system transformation.

Will joined the PwC partnership in July of 2012 as Managing Partner – Health Industries. He has 20 years of experience as a strategist and consultant in New York and Toronto advising top academic centers, governments, and public companies in healthcare. Will has two academic appointments University of Toronto as an Adjunct Professor at the Rotman School of Management and as an Executive Fellow at the Mowat Centre for Policy Innovation. Over his career Will has had several formal advisory roles within government and a distinguished career as a Board Director and Advisor.

Attendance at this program entitles certified Canadian College of Health Leaders members (CHE / Fellow) to 1.00 Category I  credits toward their maintenance of certification requirement.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: For refunds, all cancellations must be received no later than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after that date. Substitutions for persons attending can be made up to the start of the event without charge.
