From her early clinical experience as a bedside nurse in critical care, her progressive career focus has expanded to involve population and health system level research and quality improvements. With a solid understanding and experience leading change at organization and provincial jurisdiction levels, Bonnie remains optimistic that pride and passion for the work we do will compel health leaders and healthcare professionals to find bold and innovative ways to succeed in navigating the challenging and exciting times we face in healthcare.
