Bonnie Blakley is the co-founder of Lead 2 Lean Solutions Inc. a Saskatchewan-based lean coaching company that assists organizations in transforming their business by increasing quality, safety and morale while reducing costs. Bonnie also provides executive coaching services as part of her company Walk with Purpose: Lead with Grace Inc. Prior to her business ventures she worked for 15 years in the healthcare sector holding leadership positions as the Vice-President, People & Culture at 3sHealth, the Vice-President People & Partnerships with the Saskatoon Health Region and the Executive Director of Workforce Planning at the Ministry of Health. In 2006, Bonnie was named the YWCA Regina Woman of Distinction in the Health and Wellness category, an honour she received for providing mentorship and leadership skills to women in the Public Service Commission’s Aboriginal mentorship program. Bonnie received her undergraduate degree from the University of Regina and holds a Masters of Leadership with a specialization in health from Royal Roads University. She also has an Executive Certificate in Human Capital Management from Queens University and in 2014 received her Global Production System Lean Leaders Certification. Bonnie is a mother, volunteer, leader and soccer enthusiast who brings her personal philosophy to work everyday: respect people, contribute to your community, and live your family and work lives as if they are one.
