Welcome to our Canadian College of Health Service Leaders’ Neon Lights Chapter AGM.

This webinar inform you about our vibrant chapter’s activities. It is also an opportunity for you to learn about our Northeast LHIN’s current state and next steps in Sub LHIN Planning. A panel discussion will explore perspectives of a patient and of leaders in Primary and Community Care. This will guide our focus and help ensure LHIN priorities of access, coordination and sustainability are kept front and centre throughout this transformation.
