The health care system is often complicated to navigate for patients and providers alike.  For those that work within this health care system, there is often several important next steps that need to be taken at the same time so that health care delivery is improved or sometimes even just accessed.  Health care leaders are often called upon to manage a myriad of expectations, have additional obstacles thrown at them, and timelines for deliverables unexpectedly shorten. The job and responsibility can sometimes be thankless at the end of the day. So how do we stay engaged?  How do you keep the enthusiasm and passion alive in yourself and your team to continue to move forward and flourish?  It is our pleasure to bring you an accomplished leader that has dedicated her professional career to the complex, adaptive Canadian health care system, Northern Health President and Chief Executive Officer Cathy Ulrich.  This session will provide a narrative of her career journey and how she has stayed engaged throughout.

Featured Speaker:
Cathy Ulrich, President and Chief Executive Officer, Northern Health
