Exclusive Leadership Workshop for Vancouver Island CCHL Members Only

  November 16, 2017
8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. PST
Royal Jubilee Hospital and Multiple Video teleconference Sites at Island Health
In person: Woodward Room, Begbie Hall, Royal Jubilee Hospital
1900 Fort St, Victoria, BC V8R 1J8

Please join us in our first ever CCHL member-only workshop on Appreciative inquiry, a powerful methodology that will help you focus on building your strengths rather than overcoming weaknesses, and leading change from an wholistic systems approach, as opposed to either "top down" or "bottom up”. No matter what area of the health system you work in, this creative and interactive members-only learning opportunity will provide you with a practical leadership tool immediately applicable to your work. Using the positive and proven approach of Appreciative Inquiry, in 60 minutes you will create your own leadership plan that can be taken back to your teams and applied immediately. This process builds upon the strengths and successes you already have as a leader, articulates your vision and sets in motion goals for the future. You'll also leave with a template to use with others in your work and personal life.
