Nova Scotia’s Palliative Care Strategy emphasizes the importance of early, integrated palliative care rooted in the primary care setting. Primary health care system planning emphasizes comprehensive care from birth to death from a collaborative family practice team. Health leaders in both of these areas will share their experiences of putting policy into practice and working together towards a common vision of integrated palliative care.
