Fall is a wonderful time to enjoy our local majestic and rejuvenating Walter Bean Grand River Trail. Join Gloria Cardoso, Leadership Guide and her guest, Tana Nash, Mindfulness Guide, for a morning of exploration, connectedness and reflection.
Building resiliency as a woman and leader is inspired through connections - with ourselves, each other and nature. This session will provide you with practical, proven tools to stay grounded as a leader when life and work can leave you feeling overwhelmed. | MAINTENANCE OF CERTIFICATION
Attendance at this program entitles certified Canadian College of Health Leaders members (CHE / Fellow) to 2.50 Category I credit toward their maintenance of certification requirement.
