Experience a guided morning event with local women leaders that will take you along the beautiful Grand River trail (2 km paced walk) and equip you with practical tools to lead and live feeling fully alive.


Fall is a wonderful time to enjoy our local majestic and rejuvenating Walter Bean Grand River Trail. Join Gloria Cardoso, Leadership Guide and her guest, Tana Nash, Mindfulness Guide, for a morning of exploration, connectedness and reflection.

Building resiliency as a woman and leader is inspired through connections - with ourselves, each other and nature. This session will provide you with practical, proven tools to stay grounded as a leader when life and work can leave you feeling overwhelmed. Leave this session rejuvenated and energized from each other and the larger environment we are part of.

Attendance at this program entitles certified Canadian College of Health Leaders members (CHE / Fellow) to 2.50 Category I credit toward their maintenance of certification requirement.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: For refunds, all cancellations must be received no later than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after that date. Substitutions for persons attending can be made up to the start of the event without charge.
