Newfoundland and Labrador Health Services (NLHS) invites you to join us for our annual Health Innovation Summit at the Health Innovation Acceleration Centre (HIAC) from October 8-10, 2024. This year's theme, 'A Call to Action: Incremental Innovation to Ignite Organizational Productivity,' focuses on advancing healthcare delivery, fostering sustainable productivity through creative and incremental innovation.
Organizational productivity is not just about doing more; it's about doing better. Incremental innovation plays a pivotal role in this process by fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Unlike disruptive innovations that often require significant resources and time, incremental innovations involve making small, iterative changes that collectively lead to substantial improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, and competitiveness.
