In addition to this virtual Convocation, a formal and in-person recognition of the graduating CHE and Fellows awaits you at this year’s CCHL National Conference in Halifax on Monday, June 3, 2024. Stefanie MacLeod, CHE,
Patient Care Manager, Providence Health Care

Stefanie MacLeod, a healthcare professional with over a decade of experience at Providence Health Care, has excelled as the Patient Care Manager at the Heart Centre since 2016. Skilled in leadership and operations, she oversees Cardiac Medicine, Surgery, Diagnostics, and Ambulatory Programs.

Stefanie drives transformative projects, renovating critical areas like labs and clinics, and ensures seamless operations during challenges like the COVID-19 Pandemic. With a Master's in Nursing from UBC, she prioritizes professional development.

Recently, she transitioned to Senior Clinical Operational Readiness Lead for the New St. Paul’s Hospital, emphasizing her commitment to advancing healthcare infrastructure.


Jennifer Tran, CHE, Regional Manager, Physician Leader Engagement - Strategic Affairs, Ontario Medical Association

Jennifer Tran, a first-generation immigrant from London, Ontario, holds a Bachelor's in Biochemistry from the University of Waterloo and a Master's in Biotechnology from the University of Toronto. Based in Mississauga, she serves as Regional Manager for the Ontario Medical Association, collaborating with physician leaders to drive positive health system changes. Previously, she worked extensively with family doctors and nurse practitioners, supporting primary care initiatives.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Jennifer volunteers as a crisis responder with Victim Services of Peel, offering emotional support to crime victims. Her dedication spans six years in this role, reflecting her commitment to community service and support.
