Eastern Ontario Chapters’ Dinner with a Difference Maker

In support of the Canadian College of Health Leaders (CCHL) #CCHLDifferenceMaker campaign, the Eastern Ontario Chapter is very excited to be offering a unique opportunity for a select group of members of our Chapter to virtually dine with a local difference maker. To allow for discussion, limited seating is available, and will be limited to 10 people.

Featured Difference Maker:

Andrea D’Addario, CHE - Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Certified LEADS Specialist, Organizational Development and Leadership Consultant, Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Canada.

Andrea D’Addario is a Mental Health leader and Organizational Development and Leadership Consultant. As a Northwest Territories resident for over 15 years, working for the Northwest Territories Health and Social Services Authority (NTHSSA), Andrea has had the privilege of serving families in remote communities of the north as a frontline practitioner, Clinical Supervisor, Regional Manager and Territorial Manager of Mental Health and Addictions, working alongside valuable partners in community, health, social services and local governments.

In her role as Organizational Development and Leadership Consultant, Andrea is a fierce advocate for organizational wellness and cultivating a work environment that supports and develops health and social services leaders across all levels of an organization. Andrea’s passion for health leadership focuses on providing frontline and management teams with robust tools and strategies as they navigate complex systems and manage change in their units, divisions, and organizations. As a LEADS Certified Specialist, Andrea educates and models the advantages of developing collaborative relationships and strategic partnerships to drive innovation and system transformation.

Andrea wears many hats in Territorial and National health leadership and quality improvement. In addition to being a LEADS Certified Specialist and CCHL Board Director, Andrea is a CCHL Strategic Alliance graduate of McGill University’s Desautels Faculty of Management, International Masters for Health Leadership. Andrea is also a Faculty member and Student Advisor for McGill’s Certificate of Healthcare Management. Additionally, Andrea holds the designation of Master Facilitator Evidence-Based Practice for Improving Quality (EPIQ) –and is very active in bringing EPIQ learning opportunities to frontline and leadership teams in the NWT. She loves sharing knowledge, networking with emerging and seasoned health practitioners, and creating rich learning environments to apply QI concepts and approaches in daily roles and portfolios.

Dinner will be held virtually via Zoom. Winners will be given a $50 food delivery gift card to purchase a meal to enjoy from the restaurant of their choice. (Uber, Grub Hub, Door Dash or Valley Eats)
Rules:

  • You must be a CCHL EOC member to apply.
  • Dinner will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. and we ask that all attendees please sign in the zoom meeting a few minutes early.
  • Indicate whether you have attended an EOC Dinner with a Difference Maker in the past. Preference will be given to those who have not yet attended a Dinner with a Difference Maker.
