Become a high-impact healthcare leader with the Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Leadership Program @ the Telfer School of Management
Join other quality improvement and patient safety champions at the Centre for Executive Leadership this Fall for the 14th offering of Telfer Executive Programs’ Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Leadership Program (QIPS).
This program empowers you to lead and facilitate change and improvements that have an impact within your organization. As part of the program, you will undertake a real-time quality and patient safety improvement project within your institution, enabling you to apply your newly acquired skills and knowledge and contribute to better patient care.

What you will learn:
- Healthcare: Understand the healthcare system from an administration and quality and safety perspective.
- Leadership: Develop awareness of your own leadership style to exercise influence and decision-making and understand how to work with different styles of leadership
- Quality and Patient Safety: Understand and apply practical methods and tools for advancing quality improvement, alongside an overview of patient safety fundamentals.
- Change: Communicate and lead change effectively, especially when working with other stakeholders in the health-care system.
