William Osler Health System – Organizational LEADS EDI Program Registration

Welcome to the LEADS EDI Program

The LEADS EDI program consists of five (5) interactive webinars that will infuse Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) principles and practices implicit in the LEADS capability Framework. The program aims to equip leaders with personal, interpersonal and strategic capabilities that will enable them to leverage diversity and foster behavioral and structural inclusion.

To register for this program, YOU MUST BE LOGGED IN. If you do not currently have a CCHL account, click on HERE to create your account.

NOTE:
Once you have logged in to your CCHL account, you will need to return to this page in order to complete your registration.

Once you are successfully signed in to your CCHL profile, follow the instructions below:

1. Select + 1 (one) ticket and click on ‘Get Tickets‘,
2. Click on “Proceed to checkout‘, where you will be asked for additional information regarding your LEADS learning history, then click on ‘Save & checkout‘,
3. Review your personal information and make sure to CLICK on ‘Place order‘, to submit your registration.
