Position Overview: As a Health Service Administrator, you will lead the planning, integration, delivery, and evaluation of programs and services for designated communities or geographic areas within our regional system. Your role ensures the provision of high-quality patient, client, and resident care, aligning with Northern Health’s strategic plan and health service delivery area (HSDA) operational priorities. You will collaborate with the senior leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
Compensation: Starting salary ranges from $155,327 to $194,159, based on education, training, experience, and comparable positions.
Location: Prince Rupert, a unique marine-based port city on northwest BC’s Pacific Coast, offers unparalleled wilderness exploration and wildlife viewing. Located 721 km west of Prince George, Prince Rupert is a key transportation hub and home to 13,500 residents. Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in health administration or a related field.
- 7-10 years of progressively senior health care administration experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
