Inspire Nursing: A LEADS-based Leadership Program – Fall 2023 Cohort

(Ce programme est pour l’instant seulement disponible en anglais.)

In partnership with the Canadian Nurses Association, this program was developed to benefit nurses looking to explore and develop their leadership capabilities and influence change in the Canadian health system.

Inspire Nursing will keep the best aspects of the Dorothy Wylie Health Leaders Institute and be based in the LEADS in a Caring Environment health leadership capabilities framework. It is designed to provide nurses with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to be effective leaders in healthcare organizations and to effect system change. The innovative partnership will provide participants with membership in both organisations, and provide the ability to, upon completion, obtain the CHE designation and potentially a CNA certification.
