The site is embedded into a Campus of Care model and offers the Complex Dementia Care (CDC) specialty Long Term Care program the only program of its kind serving southern Alberta. Employees at Bethany Riverview receive enhanced training and an extended orientation in order to fully support our specialized programs and atmosphere.

Bethany Riverview is more than a building, it is a community that provides caring and connection for seniors, families, friends, volunteers and employees. Our employees adhere to a philosophy of care which celebrates aging in a dementia friendly environment absent of uniforms in which everyone participates equally in daily activities, including mealtimes and therapy. Our employees are committed to providing innovative, empathetic care to our residents in a joyful environment where residents and their families interact freely with employees, visitors and the environment.

Why Bethany?

We are looking for individuals who want to feel connected to their community in a person-centered organization. Bethany has consecutively won Top Employer, 13 years in a row for the programs we invest in for our employees.

Bethany offers top-up for parental leaves, generous vacation and leave time, competitive salaries, benefits and retirement savings programs. We are committed to employee well-being and giving back to our community. We invest in our people because they are the reason for our success.
