Margie Sills-Maerov is the Founder and Senior Director at Thought Architects, a company focused on enhancing workplace culture through teaching practical skills. She has worked as a clinician, in operational management, in government and policy, and in quality improvement in Alberta and Ontario over the past 30 years. She has expertise in and a passion for clinical and process improvement, leadership and team development.
Margie holds a BSc in Occupational Therapy and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business. She is a Certified Health Executive with CCHL, a Habits of Mind practitioner, and is accredited with the International Coaching Federation. Margie was recently awarded The Distinguished Service Award from the Southern Alberta Chapter of the CCHL.
Most importantly, Margie is the mother of three boys (18, 16 and 11) and spends most of her spare time in Golden, BC throwing herself down a mountain on skis or a bike.
