Winter 2026 Organizational LEADS Debrief Coach Certification – Renewal Webinar

The Canadian College of Health Leaders is pleased to offer certification renewal for certified Organizational LEADS Debrief Coaches (OLDC’s).

If you are currently a certified Organizational LEADS Debrief Coach and your license expires in 2025, you are required to renew your certification by attending this renewal webinar.

NEW: A CCHL membership is now required for renewal.

Location: Canada

This Organizational LEADS Debrief Coach (OLDC) Certification renewal session is an opportunity to:

  • Updates on new LEADS 360 versions, on the Learning and Development Plan (LDP), and on any new LEADS Coaching resources or tools, when applicable;
  • Instructions on how to access tools and templates for LEADS Coaches, as well as how to access  the LEADS Portal on the CCHL Circle (which includes access to discussion forums, research and resources);
  • An opportunity to share feedback on continuous improvement ideas;
  • An opportunity to connect and network with other LEADS 360 debrief coaches; and
  • A mutually supportive environment to openly reflect upon and share your experience as an Organizational LEADS Debrief Coach, alongside other certified LEADS Coaches

The 3-year certification and licensing fee of $900.00 must be submitted upon registration for the webinar.

NEW: A CCHL membership is now required for renewal. With a membership, you will have access to the Circle, as well as other member benefits. Fee is $195.
