With increasing uncertainty and complexity comes stress and overwhelm. Â As the demands in the system grow, leaders are confronted with an impossible challenge; work harder, but don’t burnout. In this talk, Penny will present neuroscience-based tools that help leaders shift to manage their own reactivity and that of their teams. She will present research on team effectiveness as well as case studies on how leaders made the shift with their team.
