Culture change: a solution to the current crisis?
This session will be presented in French, however, auto translated captions will allow you to have it translated to English, and the presentation will be available in both languages.
Marc will describe his experience in changing the culture of his organization with the aim of making parallels with the crisis currently happening in health care in Canada and suggesting that a change of culture is needed as one of the ways to address these challenges. From better controlling demand (vs supply), to partnering with our patients, to optimizing employment of all health care team members to addressing burnout as a system vs an individual issue; all examples of cultural changes that, in his opinion, need to happen.
