Remembering the Honorable Murray Sinclair

We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Murray Sinclair, an extraordinary leader and advocate whose contributions have profoundly impacted Indigenous communities and the nation as a whole.

Murray’s unwavering dedication to truth, reconciliation, and the rights of Indigenous peoples has been a beacon of hope and progress. His work has inspired countless individuals, organizations, and government bodies, to engage in meaningful change and healing.

Our heartfelt condolences go out to his family, dear friends, and all Indigenous peoples and communities across the nation who were touched by his compassion and vision.

As an organization, we honour his legacy and commit to upholding his values and vision in our continued efforts to improve First Nations, Metis and Inuit health outcomes in Canada.
