The Canadian College of Health Leaders (CCHL), in partnership with Digital Health Canada, is pleased to present the CXO Forum to be held on October 2-3, 2025, in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Themed Digital Health for Health Leaders, this Forum will present an opportunity for a unified and compelling experience of world-class leadership development, mentorship, thoughtful discussions, and more in an atmosphere of celebration, support, and community.

CXO Forum 2025

CCHL, in partnership with Digital Health Canada, is excited to announce a new CXO Forum, offering an immersive and interactive experience for C-Suite CCHL members. This is a unique opportunity to connect with peers, share insights, and explore strategies to lead through today’s healthcare challenges. With limited space available, we encourage you to register now!

Included in your registration fee is a reception and dinner on Thursday, October 2nd, Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner on Friday, October 3rd, as well as two nights accommodations (October 2 & 3) at the Prince George Hotel. Attendees are responsible for their own transportation.

*Non-Member registration rates: as this event is for CCHL members only, the non-member rate is inclusive of the CCHL membership graduated entry fee. Non-members who attend the event will automatically be signed up for CCHL membership.

Dr. Mohamed Alarakhia is the founder and CEO of Amplify Care, where he uses his experience as a family physician to champion digital health and AI solutions that enable efficient clinical workflows and enhance care delivery. His leadership drives innovation, shaping effective, evidence-based tools that are transforming our healthcare system.

Temerty Professor of AI Research and Education in Medicine, University of Toronto

Amol Verma is a physician and scientist in General Internal Medicine at St. Michael’s Hospital and the Temerty Professor of AI Research and Education in Medicine at the University of Toronto. He is a health services researcher, studying and improving hospital care using electronic clinical data. Dr. Verma co-founded and co-leads GEMINI, Canada’s largest hospital clinical data research network, which is collecting data from >30 hospitals in Ontario.

Policies

Registration fees include admission to all sessions, meals, and two nights accommodations. Registration is by invitation only to CCHL members exclusively.

Payment Policy:
Registration must be submitted online and paid in full by the registration deadline to qualify for the early registration rates. If payment is not received by the deadline date, attendees will be invoiced at the next deadline rate. Registrations received without full payment are considered incomplete and shall not be included in the event.

Early bird deadline: September 15, 2025

Regular registration deadline: September 22, 2025

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to conference@cchl-ccls.ca and received no later than the early bird deadline. Registration fees will be refunded minus a $250 administrative fee. There will be no refunds for cancellation requests received after the early bird deadline.

No-shows occur when individuals register but do not attend the event. No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

CCHL reserves the right to make changes in programs and speakers, or to cancel the conference if registration targets are not met or when conditions beyond its control prevail. If the conference is not held for any reason, CCHL’s liability is limited to the refund of the registration fee only.

Photo/Video Release:
CCHL will take photographs and some video at the event and utilize them in CCHL news or promotional material whether in print, electronic, or other media including the website. By participating in the conference, you grant CCHL the right to use your photograph for such purposes.

Privacy Policy:
CCHL collects information through registration forms for planning purposes, for providing information to delegates about the event, and for completion of registration, name badges, and delegate lists. In delivering this conference, CCHL is supported by sponsors. As part of that support, if a delegate consents during the registration process, then their complete contact information will be made available to the sponsors.
