While discussions about equity action are widespread in health and social systems, meaningful progress is often limited. One reason is 'analysis paralysis,' where efforts get bogged down in theoretical discussions and external analysis. In this talk, we shift the focus inward—challenging health systems leaders to identify and act within their own spheres of influence. We’ll explore practical, real-world steps to break free from stagnation and advance towards a health system that works for everyone. Chapter AGM business to follow.
