Canadian Association of Schools of Nursing (CASN)
Strengthen the transition of new nursing graduates into the workforce through the CASN Nurse Residency Program (NRP). CASN is offering Preceptor-Mentor Training for seasoned nurses eager to guide and support the next generation of healthcare professionals, as well as workshops for new graduates to ease their transition into the nursing role. Health care agencies can not only enhance the competency of their new hires but also implement vital strategies for retention and job satisfaction. All the costs for CASN program activities are covered by Health Canada. Only two more chances remain to participate in this government-funded program, so enroll in early March to participate in the next training. Time is running out.
