Inspire Nursing: A LEADS-based Leadership Program – January 2024 Cohort

In partnership with the Canadian Nurses Association, this program was developed to benefit nurses looking to explore and develop their leadership capabilities and influence change in the Canadian health system.

Inspire Nursing will keep the best aspects of the Dorothy Wylie Health Leaders Institute and be based in the LEADS in a Caring Environment health leadership capabilities framework. It is designed to provide nurses with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to be effective leaders in healthcare organizations and to effect system change. The innovative partnership will provide participants with membership in both organizations, and provide the ability to, upon completion, obtain the CHE designation and potentially a CNA certification.

To register for this program, please login or click on ‘become a member’ to create a free non-member profile.  Your nursing registration number is required at the time of registration and your licence must be in good standing.
