Location: J5 Design - Ampersand Building (North), Suite 1500, 15th floor140 – 4th Avenue SW, Calgary Alberta Canada T2P 3N3

We are bringing together healthcare leaders and professionals to explore and address complex polarities in healthcare. This event aims to foster a deeper understanding of the contrasting forces within the healthcare system, how they can be balanced and harmonized, as well as addressing polarities for improved patient care and organizational efficiency. This interactive event will challenge participants on their understanding of polarities, as well as develop internal mechanisms to action them.

Joy Bowen-Eyre

Joy Bowen-Eyre is the Chief Executive Officer at The Alex Community Health Centre, and a recognized leader in Calgary’s social services community. Joy has a passion for community health, education, and social work, and an intimate knowledge of Calgary’s non-profit sector. Her work is a testament to commitment in public service and collaboration to solve complex social issues. She is passionate about advocating for the things that matter most to her, including access to healthcare, a strong public education system, and a strong social sector that is focused on the wellness of all. She spends her career challenging the status quo and loves connecting and working with others who feel the same way.
