Healthcare is a story - one of complexity, obstacles, victories, and untapped potential. The purpose of ‘the Unspoken’ is to explore the untold story of healthcare change. Join us for an engaging action research session! This includes sharing your stories of healthcare change, presentation of ‘Unspoken’ themes from over twenty-five change-maker interviews, and a discussion about creating a different future for healthcare.
We invite healthcare leaders and innovators to share their experiences, uncover the hidden patterns that hold us back, and explore fresh ways to think, work, and collaborate for meaningful change. Together, we'll reflect on the lessons learned, break down the barriers that stand our way, and spark new ways to transform healthcare.

Allison Bichel
Allison is a coach and consultant. She has a 25-year career as a social innovator in business, healthcare, and the non-profit sector. She thrives on engaging people to understand complexity and affect change. She’s worked in the private sector on new product and business development, established a vibrant independent consulting practice, and served in senior executive leadership roles with Alberta Health Services. She has an undergraduate degree in Nursing; three Master’s degrees in Public Health, Business Administration, and Human Development; and a Doctorate in Human and Organizational Systems. She is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Calgary, Cumming School of Medicine, and an Expert Advisor with Innovate Calgary an innovation transfer and business incubator. Allison is also a graduate from the UBC Organizationa l Coaching Certificate program and certified with the International Coaching Federation. www.EmergeCo.ca
