Given our current health human resource crisis, it is even more vital that we leverage our high potential leaders for success. This session is for those leaders looking to grow, build their skills, increase their impact, and define their next step or leap.


 

The College of Health Leaders is pleased to offer a series of highly interactive and thought-provoking virtual workshop series, as part of its commitment to address the health human resource crisis. By providing a safe space for meaningful learning and growth, health leaders will be positioned for success in the workplace and beyond.

With access to a CCHL Circle forum, participants will also have access to a additional resources and facilitated meaningful dialogues.

Shiyen Shu

Shiyen is a Certified Executive Coach, known to cultivate exceptional leaders. Trained by renowned executive coach Marshall Goldsmith, she employs an evidence-based, outcome-focused, and measurable coaching approach. With qualifications such as a Certified Visionary Leadership Coach, Certified LEADS Coach & Facilitator, Certified Hogan Coach, and Certified Yoga Teacher, Shiyen combines her diverse expertise to help leaders overcome limitations and achieve greater success.

As the host and curator of the ground-breaking podcast "Lessons in Leadership and Life," Shiyen engages in candid conversations with top leaders in healthcare. She is also an accomplished professional speaker and facilitator, having shared the stage with iconic leader Jack Canfield, co-author of the Chicken Soup for the Soul series.

Shiyen holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University. Her contributions have earned her recognition as one of the Top 200 Biggest Voices in Leadership in 2023 by leadersHum, and she received the prestigious Queen's Platinum Jubilee Award in 2022.
