Committed to delivering cutting-edge, innovative, world-class 21st-century health care, TOH is leading the way in the age of digital care and is embarking on an exciting journey of modernization and transformation, which will culminate in a new campus, one of the largest infrastructure projects ever undertaken in Ottawa. Proudly affiliated with the University of Ottawa and supported by the Ottawa Hospital Foundation, the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute (OHRI) is the research arm of The Ottawa Hospital. OHRI’s research spans more than a hundred different diseases, conditions, and specialties with an overall focus on translating discoveries and knowledge into better health.

With scientific and non-scientific communities, you can develop and rally support for a compelling vision for the Hospital’s research and innovation enterprise. With your staff and colleagues, you are an empowering mentor known for developing and supporting diverse and inclusive team cultures that are safe, high-performing, equitable, and committed to addressing matters of social justice, anti-racism, anti-oppression, planetary health, and social accountability, head on.
